Signature

Madagascan Vanilla

Sumptuous Madagascan vanilla sponge with vanilla syrup filled with a smooth raspberry jam and Madagascan vanilla buttercream.

 

Sicilian Lemon

Zesty Sicilian lemon sponge with a lemon syrup, filled with sharp lemon curd and a light lemon buttercream.

 

Rich Chocolate

Rich chocolate sponge with a vanilla syrup and luxury milk

chocolate buttercream.

 

Red Velvet

Deep red velvet sponge with a vanilla syrup and filled with

Our Wedding Cakes

All our luxury wedding cakes are four layers of delectable sponge, infused with homemade syrups, filled with smooth buttercream and complementing conserves, syrups or sauces.

Our iced cakes are coated with the finest white Belgian chocolate ganache before we add couture sugarpaste to give that super crisp finesse.

Each cake tier is approximately 5.5-6 inches tall giving the wonder and wow you should expect from your wedding cake.

We hold regular cake-tasting sessions in our luxurious consultation room at our barn premises right in the Essex countryside.

We want the process of choosing and designing your wedding cake to be an experience of joy, delight and of course deliciousness. We want you to love the whole process. Getting to meet you and discuss things in person along with a cup of tea and cake, or bubble if you prefer. 

You will get to try six flavours of your choosing from our menu. There is a £25 charge that will come off the price of your wedding cake when you book with us. If you book your wedding cake in the diary with us before your taster session is already included. You can book a space on our next wedding cake tasting day here.

We know that sometimes like can get a little to busy so to help we now also offer postal tasters. These are avaible to order here. Our postal taster are made and sent out the same weekend as our in person tasters so they are to pre order for set postal dates.
